FISHING FOR A CURE

Walk On Water is a Ice fishing outing put together to raise funds for the Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund. I started with this idea in 2005 and the interest and participation was outstanding.

WHY

I initially became involved with fund raising due to a health crisis with a family member. We turned our emotion into effort and organized fund raising events so others won’t have to endure the same hardships. Today cancer hits home for many, if not directly through friendships or co workers.

WHERE DOES IT GO?

100 percent of the proceeds from the event including entry fee, raffle ticket sales or other donations will be submitted to Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund.

The Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund is making a difference every day in the lives of people touched by cancer. Your contributions help fund our programs of support as well as help the American Cancer Society with  research, education, advocacy, and service, which are leading us toward our ultimate goal—the elimination of cancer.
